You’ll have the entire 2-unit house to yourself. Each level has 2 bedrooms (4 total), a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Both units are comfortably furnished with smart TVs, high-speed internet, and in-unit laundry. The upstairs deck faces West and offers a view of the Mystic River and epic sunsets. There’s also a grassy backyard and off-street parking for as many as 6 cars. Ideal for families, wedding parties, or groups traveling together. Guests have exclusive access to both units of the duplex, the upper and lower decks, the yard, and two driveways. You’ll also have private access to both laundry units.
