Guests will receive a code to unlock the front door after booking so there is no need to coordinate for key pick-up upon arrival. This apartment is located walking distance to dozens of local restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. Just a stones throw from two of the best restaurants in Mystic, a 3 minute walk to West Main Street shops / Mystic Pizza / Mystic Drawbridge and only a 5 minute drive to the Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport. Other regional destinations such as Stonington Borough, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Mashantucket Pequot Museum, Lake of Isles Golf Course, Fort Griswold, US Coast Guard Academy, US Naval Submarine Base - Groton, Watch Hill, Misquamicut State Beach and more are all within a 20 minute drive. 1 off-street parking space is included in this rental. It is conveniently located directly across the street in the marina parking lot. I have secured this parking space through a long-term lease agreement with the property owner. Taxis are readily available at the train station as well. T.F. Green Airport (PVD) is a 35 minute drive. Located directly across from the Mystic River on Water Street in Historic Downtown Mystic. The house was originally built in 1845 but this townhouse-style apartment was completely renovated with high end materials a couple years ago and just refreshed with new couches, rugs and other furnishings in November 2023.
